Account & Registration

Go to /register, enter your full name, Pakistani mobile number (+92) and email address, choose a username and password, confirm you are 18+, agree to the Terms and Conditions, and submit. The entire 10win registration process takes under two minutes. A verification link is sent to your email — click it to activate your account. Once verified, deposit Rs 500 or more to unlock your welcome bonus.

No. Each person is allowed exactly one 10win account. Duplicate accounts are detected automatically and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts. Any balances held across duplicate accounts may be forfeited in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. If you have lost access to your original account, contact support@10win.life and we will help you recover it.

Basic registration does not require documents upfront. Identity verification (KYC) is triggered when your withdrawal requests exceed Rs 50,000 in a single transaction or Rs 2,00,000 cumulatively within 30 days. At that point, you will need to submit a photo of your CNIC (both sides) and a recent selfie. KYC is processed within 24 hours on business days. Keeping your CNIC handy from the start avoids any delay later.

Log in, go to Account Settings, select "Personal Details" and click Edit next to the field you want to change. For security reasons, changing your registered mobile number requires OTP verification on both the old and new number. Email changes require clicking a confirmation link sent to your new address. If you no longer have access to your old number, contact our support team with your CNIC for assisted verification.

Email support@10win.life from your registered email address with subject "Account Closure Request". Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days. Note that if you are closing your account due to problem gambling, a self-exclusion rather than a closure is often more appropriate — our support team can explain the difference and ensure your account stays closed.
Deposits

Log in, go to the Cashier or Wallet section, click "Deposit" and choose your preferred payment method. 10win supports Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT and Visa/Mastercard. Enter the amount in PKR, follow the on-screen instructions for your chosen method, and your deposit lands in your account almost instantly. Most deposits are credited within 30 seconds.

The minimum deposit at 10win is Rs 500 for all payment methods including Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay and bank IBFT. This low minimum makes it easy to try the platform without committing a large amount. There is no maximum deposit limit set by 10win, though your payment provider may have their own daily transaction limits.

Most deposits appear within 60 seconds. Bank IBFT transfers can occasionally take 10–30 minutes depending on your bank. If your deposit has not arrived after 30 minutes, contact 10win support via live chat with your transaction ID or reference number (the one your payment app gives you after the transaction). Our team traces and resolves missing deposits quickly — most are sorted within an hour.

10win does not charge any deposit fees. The amount you deposit is the amount credited to your account in full. Any transaction charges imposed by your payment provider (e.g. certain bank IBFT fees) are outside 10win's control. Easypaisa and JazzCash transfers within normal limits are generally free. Withdrawals

Log in, go to Cashier / Wallet, click "Withdraw" and select your preferred method — Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay or bank IBFT. Enter the amount in PKR (minimum Rs 500), confirm the details and submit. Withdrawals are sent back to the same payment method you used to deposit. Standard requests are processed same business day. VIP members receive priority handling.

Standard withdrawals are processed within the same business day for most members. Easypaisa and JazzCash transfers typically arrive within 1–4 hours of processing. Bank IBFT transfers can take 1–2 business days depending on your bank. VIP Club Gold, Platinum and Diamond members enjoy faster processing, and Diamond VIPs have a guaranteed two-hour processing window. Withdrawals submitted on public holidays may take one additional business day.

Common reasons for a withdrawal being held include: pending KYC verification (identity documents not yet submitted or approved), active bonus wagering requirements not yet completed, withdrawal requested to a different payment method than the one used for deposit, or an account security flag triggered by unusual activity. Log in and check your account notifications for a specific reason, or contact support via live chat who will explain the exact status within minutes.

Standard members can withdraw up to Rs 5,00,000 per day and Rs 20,00,000 per month. VIP Club members have higher limits — Gold members up to Rs 10,00,000 daily, Platinum up to Rs 25,00,000 and Diamond VIPs enjoy negotiated custom limits. If your winnings exceed the standard daily limit, our team will work with you to process the full amount across consecutive days or through a VIP escalation request.
Bonuses & Promotions

Register at 10win, verify your email, and make your first deposit of Rs 500 or more. The 100% welcome bonus — up to Rs 50,000 — is credited to your account automatically. No bonus code is needed unless you have a specific promo code. The standard wagering requirement is 25x the bonus amount across any combination of sports betting and casino games. A wagering requirement means you need to place bets totalling a certain multiple of your bonus before the bonus converts to real withdrawable cash. For example, if you receive a Rs 5,000 bonus with a 25x wagering requirement, you need to place bets totalling Rs 1,25,000 in total. Sports bets with odds of 1.50 or higher contribute 100%. Slots generally contribute 100% while live casino games may contribute a lower percentage. Progress is tracked in your account dashboard.

Existing members receive regular reload bonuses (typically 25%–50% on weekly deposits), cricket free bets during major tournaments including PSL and international series, jackpot slot free spins, accumulator boosts on football and daily cashback offers in the live casino. If a cricket match or football game is cancelled or abandoned before the required number of overs or playing time has been completed, bets are voided and stakes are returned to your account in full. In cricket, if fewer than the required overs are bowled (typically 5 overs in a T20 for a result to stand), most markets are voided. Yes. Cash-out is available on selected cricket and football markets at 10win. When cash-out is available on your bet, a "Cash Out" button with the current offered amount will appear in your open bets section during the event. Cash-out value fluctuates in real time based on current odds. Partial cash-out (taking a portion of the available amount while leaving the rest active) is also supported on eligible markets.

Add multiple selections to your bet slip by clicking on different markets across cricket, football or other sports. The bet slip will automatically show accumulator odds once you have two or more selections. Enter your stake in PKR and confirm the bet.
