These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Member", "you") and 10win ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the 10win website located at https://10win.life, including all services, games, betting markets, promotions and features accessible through it.

By registering an account, making a deposit or placing any bet at 10win, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. To use 10win's betting and casino services you must create a registered account. The following rules apply to all account registrations:

• Age requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to register and play at 10win. Providing false information about your age will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one 10win account. • Account security: Your 10win account credentials are your responsibility. You must not share your login details with anyone. 10win is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.
• Contact details: You are responsible for keeping your registered mobile number and email address up to date. Important account communications — including security alerts and withdrawal confirmations — are sent to these contacts.

10win is required to verify the identity of its members. This process — commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC) — protects both members and the platform from fraud and ensures compliance with applicable regulations.

• Standard verification: Before processing a withdrawal that exceeds Rs 50,000 in a single transaction or Rs 2,00,000 in a rolling 30-day period, 10win may require you to submit identity documentation. Acceptable documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport or driving licence.
• Address verification: A recent utility bill, bank statement or similar document showing your name and address may be requested as part of enhanced verification.
• Payment method verification: To confirm ownership of a payment method, 10win may request a screenshot or confirmation of the registered Easypaisa, JazzCash or bank account in your name.
• Processing time: 10win aims to complete KYC verification within 48 hours of receiving complete documentation. You will be notified by email or SMS once verification is complete.
• Refusal: If you are unable or unwilling to provide required verification documents, 10win may suspend your account and withhold withdrawals until the verification process is completed satisfactorily.

All deposits at 10win are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following deposit conditions apply:

• Minimum deposit: The minimum single deposit at 10win is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit, although higher deposits may require additional verification.
• Accepted methods: 10win currently accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT) and Visa/Mastercard debit cards. All payment methods must be registered in your own name.

• Third-party payments: Deposits made from payment accounts not registered in your own name will be declined and refunded. 10win does not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances.
• Currency: All balances, bets, wins and bonuses are displayed and settled in PKR. There are no USD or other currency amounts involved in any transaction.

10win is committed to processing withdrawals quickly and reliably. The following conditions govern all withdrawal requests:

• Minimum withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal at 10win is Rs 500.
• Maximum withdrawal: Standard accounts may withdraw up to Rs 5,00,000 per transaction. VIP members at Platinum and Diamond tier have higher or unlimited withdrawal limits as described in the VIP Club Terms.
• Processing time: Standard withdrawal requests are typically processed within the same business day. VIP Gold members and above receive priority processing. Diamond VIP members have a guaranteed 2-hour processing SLA.
• Withdrawal methods: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, unless that method does not support withdrawals, in which case an alternative registered method may be used.
• Withdrawal fees: 10win does not charge withdrawal fees. Any charges applied by your payment provider are outside 10win's control.
• Wagering requirements: If a bonus is active on your account, you may be required to meet the applicable wagering requirement before a withdrawal is permitted. The exact requirements are displayed in your account under the active promotions section.
• Pending verification: If your account is under KYC review, withdrawal processing will be paused until verification is complete. This does not affect the availability of your balance for continued play.

• Welcome bonus: New members are eligible for a 100% deposit match up to Rs 50,000 on their first qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus is available once per player, household, device and IP address.
• Wagering requirement: Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, all bonuses at 10win carry a standard wagering requirement of 25x the bonus amount before winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. • Expiry: Bonus funds that are not used within 30 days of being credited will be removed from your account. Wagering requirements must be completed within the same period.
• One bonus at a time: You may only have one active bonus running on your 10win account at any time. Accepting a new promotion while another is active may result in the existing bonus being voided.
• Abuse: Bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts to claim a welcome offer more than once, using hedging strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or any other behaviour 10win determines to be abusive — will result in forfeiture of all associated bonuses and may result in account suspension.
• VIP cashback: Weekly VIP cashback payments are credited to real-money balance and carry no wagering requirement.

The following rules apply to all sports bets placed at 10win, including cricket betting, football betting and all other sports markets:

• Bet confirmation: A bet is only confirmed and binding once a confirmation message and reference number are displayed in your account. Bets that have not received confirmation are not valid.
• Minimum stake: The minimum stake on a single sports bet at 10win is Rs 50.
• Odds changes: Odds are subject to change before a bet is placed. The odds displayed at the time you click to place a bet may change before confirmation. You have the option to accept any odds change or cancel the bet at confirmation stage.
• In-play betting: In-play bets are subject to additional delays and confirmation rules. Any bet placed during a visible stoppage, review or dead-ball situation may be voided at 10win's discretion.
• Event cancellation: If an event is cancelled, postponed or abandoned before the relevant market's settlement criteria are met, bets will be voided and stakes returned to your 10win balance.
• Obvious errors: 10win reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds — such as a heavy favourite displayed at odds that are plainly wrong due to a pricing error.
• Maximum payout: The maximum single-event payout at 10win is Rs 50,00,000. Combination bets may carry lower maximum payouts as specified in the relevant market.
• Settlement: Sports bets are settled according to official results from the relevant governing body. 10win uses verified data sources and will not settle bets on the basis of social media reports or unofficial announcements.

The following rules apply to all casino games at 10win including live dealer games, Andar Bahar, slots, jackpot games and RNG card games:

• Technical issues: If a game round is interrupted by a technical failure before completion, the round will be voided and the stake returned to your balance. 10win's system logs are the definitive record of game outcomes.
• RNG certification: All RNG-based games at 10win use independently certified random number generation. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) figures are accurate and tested. RTPs represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee results in any individual session.

• Enrolment: All registered 10win accounts are automatically enrolled in the VIP Club at Bronze tier. There is no separate sign-up or opt-in required.
• Points earning: VIP points are earned on real-money bets placed at 10win across eligible games. Point rates vary by game type as published in the VIP Club section. Points are not awarded on bets funded entirely by bonus balance.
• Tier progression: Tiers are determined by cumulative VIP point totals on a rolling 12-month basis. Progression to a higher tier takes effect immediately upon reaching the required point threshold.
• Cashback: Weekly VIP cashback is calculated every Friday based on net losses for the preceding Monday–Sunday period. Cashback is credited to real-money balance by midnight Friday PKT with no wagering requirement.
• Points expiry: VIP points remain valid as long as the account is active (at least one real-money bet within any 90-day period). Points may be recalculated if an account becomes inactive for more than 90 consecutive days.
• Tier review: At each annual tier review, if your rolling 12-month points total falls below the threshold for your current tier, you will be moved to the tier matching your activity level. 10win will notify you at least 14 days in advance of any downward tier adjustment.

The following actions are strictly prohibited at 10win and may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of winnings and referral to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one account per person
• Providing false identity or age information
• Using another person's payment method without explicit authorisation
• Using software, bots, scripts or other automated tools to place bets or interact with games
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs or pricing mistakes
• Colluding with other players in live games, sports betting or any other context
• Bonus abuse — including systematic wagering designed to profit from bonus terms without genuine participation in the game
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting or any other activity constituting fraud
• Attempting to hack, compromise or gain unauthorised access to 10win's systems
• Engaging in money laundering or using 10win to process funds from unlawful activity

10win may suspend or close a member's account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification when requested
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or collusion
• Receipt of a chargeback from a payment provider
• Self-exclusion request from the account holder
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 months (dormant account policy)

Where an account is suspended for reasons other than self-exclusion or breach of Terms, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the member via the original payment method following investigation. 10win will communicate the reason for suspension where it is legally permissible to do so.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their 10win account may do so by contacting support. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Remaining real-money balances above Rs 500 will be refunded to the member's registered payment method.

10win is committed to promoting responsible gambling across its entire platform. The following tools and policies form part of our responsible gaming framework:

• Deposit limits: You can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from your account settings. Limits take effect immediately and can be reduced at any time. Increases to deposit limits require a 7-day cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session time alerts: You can set a session time alert that notifies you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Loss limits: You can set a maximum net loss limit over a daily, weekly or monthly period. Once reached, your account will be prevented from accepting further bets until the period resets.
• Cooling-off period: A temporary suspension of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days can be applied to your account from account settings. During this period your account is inaccessible for betting.
• Self-exclusion: If you wish to permanently exclude yourself from 10win, contact our support team. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months.
• Under 18: 10win employs age verification procedures to prevent access by minors. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be closed immediately and any balance forfeited.

• Notify registered members by email or SMS at least 7 days before changes take effect

Your continued use of the 10win platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure.
